The most evocative places are the Scalinata dell’Acquedotto and the Giardini Carducci. At the Giardini Carducci stop for an aperitif with view and enjoy the fiery sunsets in harmony.

In Perugia you will see both Palazzo dei Priori and Rocca Paolina. After this experience, meet your driver to continue the day to Assisi.
Visiting Assisi means visiting its churches. You can’t miss the San Francesco Basilica, splendidly rebuilt after the 1997 earthquake, the Santa Chiara Basilica and San Pietro Abbey.

You will also visit Rocca Maggiore and the remains of the Roman city, in particular the Amphitheatre. An important mention also to Minerva’s Temple.

You will visit an historic winery: enjoy a guided tour to discover the history of the estate. Together with your guide, you will walk through the rooms of the historic structure, to admire its perfect state of conservation and at the same time see up close how our wines are made. Its historical grandeur is recognized in the majestic Piazza del Popolo that unexpectedly opens up to the eyes of tourists after the narrow spaces of the network of medieval alleys. Palazzo dei Priori, Palazzo del Capitano, Palazzo del Popolo and the beautiful Cathedral built in the 12th century frame this space of pleasant harmony.

Right at the foot of the city, the rare Renaissance beauty of the great Tempio della Consolazione is considered a small prototype of the never realized first project of the Basilica of San Pietro in the Vatican. The temple itself welcomes visitors to the city promising not to disappoint their expectations.

You will get lost in its quiet streets and among the little shops selling typical products. And don’t forget to stop by the St Patrick’s Well, a small masterpiece of engineering dating back to 1500.

Two helical ramps give access to the well, each of them is one-way and were used by mules to transport water without colliding between the ascent and descent. It is an incredible place, which will leave you speechless. But be careful: remember that it becomes increasingly colder and more humid the further you go down.
