Along rural roads of the Adriatic coast, which run alongside the most beautiful Apulian beaches and expanses of thousand-year-old olive trees, you will be able to observe the places we love and live in every day. You will reach a splendid Masseria a few km from Monopoli.
The Masseria complex is located within an area where nature, archeology and architecture have found an indissoluble union. The complex is characterized by the presence of numerous caves, almost all of which can be visited and were used for various purposes in ancient times. It is the combination of the architectural details and the splendid views that make them unique in the world.
Today you will learn to cook some typical dishes of the Apulian tradition: panzerotti, rice, potatoes and mussels and a typical dessert chosen by the chef who will accompany you in this experience. When the dishes are ready, you will taste them with an accompanying soft drink.
