Meet your driver in the hotel lobby for transfer to Gravina.
It rises between two natural canyons. It takes name from the Gravine which, like the Sassi of Matera, are very present in this area, rich in rock settlements.
Today you will start with visiting an historic winery.
The history of the company must be contextualized in a unique territory rightly called, “THE OTHER PUGLIA”.
Anyone speaking of our Region obviously thinks of its coasts, the sea, the sun and its powerful but often somewhat rough wines. Instead, our land, our Puglia, is something different, unexpected! Rolling hills called MURGE, an evocative word that means STONE. Cool and temperate climate, subsoil rich in minerals and karst springs! Uncontaminated woods and pastures make it a small paradise, inhabited by man since prehistoric times, where the cultivation of vines dates back to over 2,500 years ago.
Today you will start the tour with a visit to the cellar, you will continue with a walk in one of the most exclusive vineyards of the cellar and you will continue tasting 3 of the most representative wines of the company.
At the end of the visit to the cellars with tasting, lunch in a restaurant in Gravina di Puglia.
After this experience, return to the hotel.
Overnight in Bari.
Meet your driver in the hotel lobby for a transfer to Corato for a guided tour with tasting at a winery whose vineyards are located at the foot of Castel del Monte.
In the heart of the Alta Murgia National Park, they produce wines following the dictates of sustainable agriculture. Company devoted to the enhancement of native vines, suitable to best express the wine-growing vocation of the Apulian territory, you will start the tour with a visit to the cellar and then proceed with the tasting of 3 local wine labels accompanied by taralli with extra-virgin olive oil , bruschetta, caciocavallo and Murgia salami.
Afterwards, you will proceed with lunch in a farmhouse at the foot of Castel del Monte.
At the end of your experience, return to the hotel.

Meet your driver in your hotel lobby for a transfer to Milan. On the route, stop in Alba for your guided tour.
A guided tour in the UNESCO Creative City for gastronomy, starting from the cathedral of San Lorenzo, which houses the precious Renaissance choir of Bernardino Fossati da Codogno, to the Romanesque-Gothic church of San Domenico, the tour of the historic center of Alba will touch the most important of the city of Roman origin.
On foot, browsing through the suggestive streets of the historic centre, you can discover the exterior of Casa Do with the terracotta frieze, the complex and the baroque church of the Maddalena, via Cavour with the Loggia dei Mercanti, passing through Piazza Pertinace with the its Roman excavations and the church of San Giovanni, where it will be possible to admire the works of Macrino d’Alba and Barnaba da Modena.
