Vesuvius wine is a product that fully enters the history of national and international enology; known and established throughout the world. Haec juga quam Nysae colles plus Bacchus amavit . “Bacchus loved these hills more than the native hills of Nisa” (Martial). Here the grapes have an unmistakable flavor and aroma.
The fame of this wonderful corner of the world and its wine has made myths and legends flourish: “God, recognizing in the Gulf of Naples a strip of heaven removed by Lucifer, cried and where the divine tears fell, the vine of Lacryma Christi arose”. Curzio Malaparte returned to the legend in La pelle, inviting us to drink “this sacred, ancient wine”.
The production area includes only the viticultural areas of 15 municipalities in the province of Naples, located on the slopes of Vesuvius, where the vineyards host native varieties, which have always been cultivated in this area, such as Caprettone and Falanghina.

Meet your driver in the hotel lobby and start your private tour towards a Vesuvian Winery.
There is the land: Vesuvius, the lava soil, 16 hectares of vineyard.
Relax over lunch on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius and enjoy discovering tasty local dishes paired with organic Vesuvio Lacryma Christi DOC Classic wines.
Today you will be welcomed with ‘Capafresca’ Spumante Rosé extra dry.
Then you will continue with a guided tour of the vineyards and winery on Mount Vesuvius to learn about Lacryma Christi DOC production.
In the end you will enjoy lunch paired with a tasting of 5 Vesuvio Lacryma Christi DOC wines and a Extra Virgin Olive Oil tasting.
After this half day in the Mount Vesuvius, return to Naples.
The rest of the day will be at your leisure.

Meet your driver in your hotel lobby for a transfer near Salerno towards a special Farm.
Take a walk to admire the buffaloes, with smells and noises that integrate with the modernity of the stables. Marvel at the wisdom of craftsmanship.
The journey ends with the dairy products tasting.
It includes as stages the vision of the processing of mozzarella, the breeding of buffaloes, a museum of rural civilization with more than a thousand pieces and the leather workshop. After your mozzarella workshop you will have a lunch in the Farm with all the home-made dishes and products.
After a full day tour, return to the hotel.
